The affiliate.php page is currently disabled to non-registered users as it's intergrated to the affiliate page its self. I'll seperate it so unregistered users can also read the affiliate information today. Currently there's a few features such as the surveys disabled while the developers are doing a slight upgrade, this should be over within 24 hours.
