Site used to get more hits in middle of 2006, but as I didn't have much time to update the site and create backlinks for the site, the traffic is decreasing slowly.

Site still seems to be under sandbox and most of the traffic it is receiving is from yahoo only, but as soon as the site is out of sandbox, I expect the grow the traffic manyfold.

Why am I selling? : I don't have enough time (due to my other sites) to update this site and build backlinks for it, so the traffic is reducing slowly (last 3 months). I think somebody else who has some time in hand can generate much more from it.

Site currently uses only side-skyscrappers from adsense to earn money. Top header and footer leaderboard banner locations are fee. If you add banners to it from some other network like casale/fastclick etc, earning can be much higher.

Backlinks: Some of the backlinks comes from my other divorce sites (site mentioned in the footer of this website). If you keep the backlinks at the footer of the site, my backlinks will also remain. But you are free to delete them. If you delete the links, I still keep your links for atleast 6 months.

I have never purchased a site that has adsense already on it.....will the adsense info and account be transfered automaticly or will i need to adjust it.

 

You just need to change the adsense banner on the site with your banners and thats it.

Nice site, simple and effective.. Just one question my friend.

Since Dec '06 your Earnings have dropped off by roughly a hundred bucks. Is this due traffic slowdown or were you using slightly different Adsense layout/format back then before the earnings drop.

It is just because the site was once built and never updated. Backlinks were once built and never worked on again. In fact, site was never touched once created.
Today, when I wanted to sell it, I realized that why didn't I ever added top and footer banners.
