OK, I'm a little disolussioned at present. My site seems to be going nowhere. I have a day job (dull) and I've also become a qualified hypnotherapist. The hypnotherapy hasn't really taken off yet because it's one of those area's that's built by word-of-mouth. I expect this to take at least four years... I'm in the process of procrastinating over my covert hypnosis ebook... I think this would be quite successful if I could get off my butt and get it finished... So, what next? I'm looking for inspiration/motivation from my fellow DP'ers... I've got no capital... I've been thinking about starting a small import/export business using alibaba.com... Any ideas? Where should I focus my energies? Cheers, p.
Why don't you have a chat with Larry & Sergey about setting up a "Google Therapy" wing of their business using your hypnosis skills... you could run a thriving course on people who constantly fret about their PageRank... "I set up a site yesterday and today it's still only a PR0" ...to which a course of hypnotherapy would convince them that it's actually OK to be PR0 after just 24 hours... or how about... "Hey everybody, look at me, I rank #1 for a really crap keyphrase" ...which a course of "Google Therapy" would assure them that they need to rank for more appropriate phrases and that they'd be much better off throwing buckets of money in the PPC arena... namely AdWords... Or you could get to work on snake oil SEOs and treat them so that they told the truth and know that they're crap at SEO... The world is your oyster, pondlife...
Hey Lever, LOL, excellent response - made me laugh out loud ...I think you could actually be on to something there... must look to see how well the keywords 'Google Therapy' do!
