    can anyone tell me where can i read and completely how to use DIV tags
    i know how to make simple structures in DIV tags but i want complete knowledge

    is there any book on net where i can read or i am ready to purchase it also

    You basically need to learn CSS. Try amazon for top rated CSS books. Im reading one at the moment but its not that good. Iv been recommended one that was also on Amazon but i cant remember what it was called now. Il have a look for you.

    Yes, that's what basically CSS contains with Div being one of the main ingredients.
