    An actual established low maintenance site (I haven't added a design to it in over a month) with good traffic and revenue.

    One offer for $6k. No minimum bid offer though.

    I will not sell this for under my minimum bid. I put too much work into getting this the traffic it has now the right way.
    If you look at the stats you can see an absolutely rock solid record of growth month to month

    Yes exactly.

    The site has only 1 pop-under and that is set to 15 minutes per visitor. So a visitor can visit the site and browse for 15 minutes before seeing a single new pop-under.

    I have a potential BIN offer but it could fall through as we haven't agreed on a payment method....

    So you may still have 2 days to get DIVOVERLAY.com at BIN.

    BIN is back up to $10K

    I took down the auction because I had a BIN offer but the buyer looks like he might not be able to do it.

    So still accepting offers at BIN. Traffic is over 5k unique visitors per day and rising.
