DIV or HTML which is good?

    <html> tag is mandatory.

    <div> is optional.

    The former is always better than the latter.That is why it is former and the latter is latter.if you have doubt about the latter, Pm me later after reading this post on the latter and former where former comes former and latter comes latter.
