Div moves to the bottom with IE

    I tried to fix this problem but I don't find the error in my site.
    I modified this wordpress template, It works ok in Firefox but not in IE.
    I'm testing this site at http://uncp.22web.net

    no problem with IE7, the problem is with IE6
