I've always felt that it would around a factor of 6 to go from one level to the next, which that chart shows exactly. That makes me think someone said "Ok, if it really is a factor of six, what would that look like?" and then built the chart. As hasan_889 said, source?
What is the Pr thing all about? I've noticed that a few times n thought "what the....?!" what is each 'rank' equivelent to? A heads up would be nice! I feel a bit left out of the PR social group...haha

yea, I think everyone here would like to know the source of your data. Did you estimate this yourself somehow, or find these stats published somewhere?
This must be an estimate that someone created, as it is precisely a factor of six. Even if PR is based on a factor of six, which I think it might, you'd begin to see at least a little variance toward the top.
