I've created music loops for distribution for people to use freely in their music. But I'm wondering if the following disclaimer would be ok, since I don't want people to bulk download and then re-distribute on another site. Nameofsite © 2008 All loops created by site owner. You may use these samples commercially or non-commercially. Any loops that sound similar to a licensed or non licensed song is purely coincidental. You are not allowed to redistribute these samples as they are. Basically, I just don't want someone to rip off and toss all my loops on their site so they can also re-distribute them. Takes me a while to make a lot of quality loops, and I don't want someone to just rip off my hardwork. Any advice?
'Copyright' itself reserves you the right the deny anyone from redistributing those loops. Just in case you want, you may put that explicitly.
