    if I hire a person/firm for writing/proofreading a Dissertation, how do I protect my Dissertation from being copied later?

    Well, you can certainly copyright the article and hire an army of lawyers to search out and litigate anyone who infringes on your copyright. Short of that, not much you can do about this type of theft.
