DisQus is good, but why don't you use Facebook integrated comment?

Disqus is what I use and I am very satisfied. I have used Intensedebate in the past but thought it might not be around in the long run. Disqus provides great support, especially if you complain via Tweet.

Disqus is better than FB because Disqus has some layer of anonymity for some people. If I have to login to make a comment via Facebook, I won't login and will not comment on your site.

Disqus for me. I've been using IntenseDebate also but it's a little more hassle than the former.
