disqus import problem with wordpress

    Hi friends,

    I recently moved my wordpress site to a new domain and I was using disqus and have to use a new disqus profile for my new domain. I tried improving old disqus comments to the new domain disqus system to which I moved my site. Now it's showing that import has completed but the comments are not showing in the posts. I contact the disqus help team but they are also not able to give me a satisfactory answer.

    Can someone here Help me about this please?

    It may be that the comments template on your new wordpress website, which is usually overridden by disqus, is not properly configured or turned is turned off. I could have a look at it for you. Please PM the details if interested.
