Disputes Intimidation

I'm in my first year of business selling resumes online using Paypal. My resumes are usually made within a few hours of receiving the order and both the client and I are happy and go our separate ways. In the last week, 2 clients both complained after receiving their resumes.

I don't want Paypal to be angry with me but at the same time I'm doing a legit business and these 2 clients have received the merchandise/service.

Should I cave in and issue refunds to save myself the agony of worrying if PayPal will close me down or show evidence of having delivered the goods?

Like anyone else, I don't want some conman getting my services for free.

    Thank you.

Unfortunately, you either have to change your delivery method (sending by mail) or you have to find ways to build your case.

For example, I have people initiate detailed invoices to me. So that it will she THEY are initiating the transaction on whatever. It must also be detailed on site, content, service I am delivering, and receipt of it.

You have to prove two major things when dealing with paypal and virtual goods.

    1. They legitimately made the purchase.
    2. The received what you sold.

    Good luck chief.

i think you should refund the money before they setup a dispute... also next time send ithe docs by Mail so that you can provide proof to paypal when your customers setup a dispute... and you will win the dispute for sure if you can provide the proof to paypal...
