I sent money to a person who disappeared and didn't send me the purchased items. I opened a dispute at paypal about this case, is it possible to get the moneyback? How are disputes are resolved usually?

Easily, call paypal, say you didn't get your product, or the person sold you a non working product.

Paypal is pretty good about these things. They'll usually refund your money and most likely take the money out of the persons account, if possible. If not they'll refund it out of their pockets. That's what I hear anyways.

Depending on what you purchased, the other person will be required to show proof of delivery to PayPal. If they can't, then the money will be refunded to you once the dispute has been closed by them.
