I would refund it at this point. If nothing has been shipped, the buyer is going to win no matter what you say.
My bad, I missed the tracking info. Do you know when the package is scheduled to be delivered? Right now, you need to wait. Make sure Paypal know's that the package has been shipped. Check to see if the customer refuses delivery or accepts it. Right now I would not refund unless you know the package is on the way back to you, and even then wait until you receive it to issue a refund.
But paypal doesnt leave a chance for SELLER to decide whether to refund or not. Paypal hold back the money. Paypal has given 5 days time from today before issuing refund. Paypal will wait for the package to get deliever ? I am confused !!!1
Paypal is unpredictable in these situations...if you've entered the tracking number, then just wait throught the appeal process.
I suggest you to call them.Everytime i had a problem i solved it by phone...they react better if you call them.
When i called them ,they say they cant help unless I tell them WHAT THE PERSONAL NAME WHICH APPEARS on the account. I told them my name but they say its NOT matching. Where to check for the same in my account what name I entered ? I emailed them also, but they are WORST considering email support.
How can you not remember the name you entered in your paypal account!!! Was the account created by someone else or you??
I only created and created around 5 years back. I told them my name but they say Name doesnt match. Instead they sent me an email , which states how to create subaccount.
