Hello. I'll try to make this short as possible because English isn't my mother language XD Anyway I've sold IPhone over a site called olx. Since he wasn't from my country I agreed we would do it via PayPal and I told myself I'll try to make it a real quick and head to bank so he doesn't fuck me over. Well gg I was right. I got my payment and the guy was hell yeah I'm legit man why don't we have trust. also I asked for his ID photo aswell his address all information. I didn't want all these but I had it in case something like what happened going to happen. I even asked him for a LEGIT facebook accounts which verifies the ID information. Also his parents and mothers ID and the verification. yeah I went nuts before anything happens. Well the guy was really stupid and I've all the information I need. I shipped the item to the place on their ID card. Yeah It's true all matched. Few weeks later he was very happy and yeah the item been shipped. Anyway. I had the money on me. Few weeks later I was just checking mail. I've seen notice from fucking PayPal. I went quickly and I found MYSELF with negative damn amount. Anyway the real question is. Can I ever get the negative amount of me? PayPal are acting damn cocky to me and they're giving me support like I am a criminal. Well I might think about giving them the cash but to be honest I'm not really ready for it. If I wait sometime till debt collectors knock my door something will happen? What's the affect If I live in middle east (Egypt to be specified). They fully support PayPal here. The law here is unstable. They can arrest me for their fault? Yes I believe I proved them everything. Can I use the guy's ID or something to make them change their minds? (Maybe I can try again). What's your opinion? I'm sure Egypt people don't do the much payments because they're kinda low hand and If theres debts theres small amounts. I feel like law will knock my door rightnow. What If debt collectors come? What can I do? Whats my best options now? Please I need serious help. PS; the guy lives in Libya. Thank you.
Have you provided all the necessary information to PayPal to settle this? Payment and shipping proofs, identification documents, conversations, ..?
