    Hello guys

I needed some help regarding Paypal disputes for personal payments

I bought a domain from this guy WPC for $50 and the bastard scammed me and never sent me domain
More details about it here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2381382&p=17237779#post17237779

Proofs are available for this case

I called paypal and first they said personal payments cant be disputed against but then said they will investigate the matter

I did heard that even gift payments can be reversed if you call PP

I wanted to know how to do it and have paypal reverse the payment as that guy still isnt sending me any domain and is now saying send $50 more. WTF ?

Its your mistake to send the payment using gift.

That should be first sign for suspicious transaction.

I bought around 15 domains, all were really well good sellers and so I sent as personal payment to save them fees

Damn him, now he left me false and negative rep. to act like a bi*ch

Can I get some mods to look at it somehow >?

well first of all it isnt a gift payment but personal payment

Also, it cannot be disputed via PP's User interface using normal dispute measure
