Displays a link to edit the current post, activated, but did not work, wordpress

    Displays a link to edit the current post, if a user is logged in and allowed to edit the post is activated but did not seen in my current site.im using wordpress

    if i download the theme and activated in my another wp blog, than this edit button will be seen, can anyone suggest something.

    now im using 13 activated plugins
