Displaying hollywood movies against Adsense TOS?

    Hi guys...

    I just have launched new website http://www.filmdose.com that will display hollywood movies hosted on other sites like megavideos.com, tudou.com.

    I have heard that its against google TOS to display adsense on these kind of sites so that's y i havnt added any adsense yet. However i m wondering that some sites i.e movierumor.com displaying Adsense on their sites.

    Can anyone guide me. plz.....

    Yes, I think you heard correct. We can't use adsense on such sites.

    Anyway, I suggest you contact adsense support to confirm.

    Yes, because they are copyright-protected materials, and the use of them is definitely a violation.

    if u have its copyright then u can show it

    Movierumor.com was listed on sitepoint 2-4 weeks ago, and just today or yesterdayish it got banned from google adsense.

    Having adsense on those kind of sites is against the TOS, but honestly if the owner never listed movierumor.com for sale on sitepoint. I don't think the owner would be banned, seeing how a lot of user from sitepoint reported the site. And he has been using adsesne for a long time before it was listed on sitepoint, he even made $8,000.

    Note I am not saying you should do this, even if it is small, a risk is still a risk.
