In Google search results, my website URL is getting display instead of the page title.

    My site is www.noticeandcomment.com

For example I searched for "FDA-2012-P-1179"

    Any idea why?

You probably set that somewhere in the general configuration of your CMS when setting it up the site.

That looks pretty consistent with what I would expect.

The info you've put into a red box isn't a URL but the search term that has been indexed on your site.

What other "page title" would you expect?
