Display on a Specific Site Question

    Hi,

    Say you know of a site that ranks #1 for your Keyword on page 1 of Google but your own site is not there yet. Can you specify that your adsense ads be displayed on that site if it displays Google Ads?

    If so, how would you ad the sites URL when creating your ad in Google Adwords?
