I want a site that will display an ad to my site. That ad will be an iframe that will show a piece of my actual site. If the user decides to visit the site, than I will be charged per click. Otherwise, I will be charged per view.
I've never seen or heard of this sort of advertising. Maybe someone here offers it or something. Good luck anyway.
