Display and download Youtube videos

    Hello,

    I want to know if i can use adsense in a website with youtube videos and offer to my visitors the option of download these videos?

    Is there any problem doing this?

    For one, it's against Adsense policy to show the ads with copyrighted material, so you need to be sure that none of the videos you post are copyright infringing.

    Also see the list of prohibited site content, including "Pornography, adult, or mature content", "Excessive profanity", "Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others".

    Also, putting the videos on a commercial site and/or allowing people to download the videos may break Youtube's TOS:

    Note that downloading videos that you do not personally have the rights to is an infringement of the copyright of whoever made the video - YouTube and YouTube content creators that allow embedding give you license to display the vids on a non-commercial site, not download them.
