Disparity in Payment amount

    Ok, according to Adsense, when I choose the amount Since Last Payment, I get a total of $98.03 (in the total line), yet when I view it from the Monthly Balance section I get $120.71 as the balance when I view it from a 3 month perspective (end of August 2010) and $108.91 (end of August) when I take a 6 or all time view. Currently I am a Foreign publisher with no U.S. Activities and my payments are on hold. So what could be the issue with this? :confused:
