We uploaded the following pictures on our server so you can verify that we do own this site. Almost 1,000% month over month growth and we are looking for the same growth next month. These are statcounter stats if you didn't recognize it.

We hold numerous front page listing on many keywords for example we have a #1 ranking on a keyword that has 1.6 million results.

We don't use much bandwidth on the servers, any shared servers would do. We use about 3gb per month tops. We can also host it for free on our servers for extend time, we have a business plan at 1and1. Our domain is managed by them also.

Buyer will also get our personal server at 110mb.com. We have a 5gb disk space and 30gb bandwidth plan. It has full SQL rights FTP and it's paid for life. You can run a full wordpress or any kind of website over there if you wish.

Also included is the full rights to the current theme which we can prove ownership.

And on top of that, sounding like an informercial, we just created a message board last week. We have 33 members join in a short period of time and we only advertised in couple of our posts.

Our main method of advertising has been a quite interesting one. We never paid for anything although we are thinking about an adsense campaign. We make videos for Youtube and attach our links to it. Like this for example. Websites pick our video up and our link follows and viewers go to our site after they finish watching the video. About 15% of our traffic comes this way.

45-50% is from google, 10% from direct traffic, and other search engines and various websites pick up the rest. We don't get diggs because we never targeted it but we do get a lot of farks, in fact it's our #1 non search engine referrer.

We have a pagerank of 2. It was 0 few months ago. And it's guaranteed to be at least 3 on the next update.

Google loves our site, new posts get googled immediately. Our website is targeted towards the #1 demographic, the tween/teen market and we are growing fast.

We are selling because we want to refocus our assets into our yet to be created website called Meowbook, a social networking site for cats and cat lovers. I think I included all the information there is to know, if not just ask.

We will consider all reasonable offers. And if initial negotiations go through we'll let you see the inner workings of our site including traffic and keywords and you can at that time buy or back out.

We have a staff of writers but we use them for all of 6 of our websites. One person can do this, we have an alarm system that sends us a message when a news breaks.

Revinue, nothing to write home about. We are selling the potential. We just put Adsense on our site this week. A cheap host gator account would be more than enough so $10 a month for expense.

We also have a growing list of users siging up each day, all of them has a valid email address. We sign up about 3 to 5 each day. Currently we have 94 users.

For the bin I'm considering 1200 at this stage, we can keep this site going for a while but the traffic will continue to go up and we'll raise the price accordingly in few months if it's not sold.
