Disney Channel Forum Sale

Selling one of my sites as i've got other projects which i wish to attend to.

It's been running since late last year, currently pr2 but it's set to rise anyday now with the google pagerank update in process. It's the only disney channel forum around it, had one competitor at the start but i brought the domain from him which is as follows:

It's also ranked number 3 on google for the keyword disney channel forum..as well ranked highly for other keywords.

That's 4 domains for one forum! It gets lots of sign ups everyday and is customised with many mods. You also get the sites myspace.

As some of you may know High School Musical 2 is also released next week..one of the most anticipated disney channel movies..this would be the perfect time to buy and you can be sure lots of kids and teens alike will want to discuss it.

This has the potential the biggest disney channel forum out there with no current competition and a great start!

Revenue is little..has earned about $100 since opening.

I am very interested in this, but no offense, I have yet to see anyone make an offer or even a post in this thread, and the high bid amount keeps rising via mysterious PMs. Would you please post a screen shot of the $170 offer in this thread?
