VPSFuze? I got my server with kloxo manager from them yesterday. I signed up for their basic account since I am still preparing my site and planning to be launched after a month then upgrade for their higher plans upon launching but the server I bought only lasts for 7 hrs... Because I quit... I changed the default password of kloxo to the password I am always using so there's no way I can forget it. After an hour, I resumed my work but unable to login on my account again. The "forgot password" feature is not also working on my part. I submit a ticket but they keep on insisting that I signed up for an unmanaged service and kloxo is not related to their service. Based on their replies, it seems that signing up for a new server to other company is a better solution for me. To be fair with them I saved our conversations for you to judged. visit this link >> https://www.myotherdrive.com/dyn/file/599.021419.11022011.96595.6a64fi/fuze.html
I hate to say, but that's what you get yourself into when you are new to server management, and purchase an unmanaged server. I realize it is cheaper that way, but just isn't worth it if you don't know what you are doing. Generally speaking, VPS and Dedicated providers do not have access to your control panel. Just as they mentioned, resetting your password on your control panel is not something that they can do. It is something that needs to be done yourself. It's not that they don't want to help, it's that they CAN'T help. Since you had just provisioned that server, the easiest thing to do would have been to just reset the VPS to its original status, or reinstall the OS and control panel. That is of course if the SSH command wouldn't work. Anyway, good luck! You really do need to find a managed VPS provider
The thing is they were singing a very good tune on their pre sale chat support... It's my fault anyway for choosing low end VPS service despite of the fact that I have the money to throw away
