Discussion - setup PPC/CPM website in non-US area

    Hi, i wish to setup PPC, CPM network using openAds to target non-US players. Something like
    - japan
    - taiwan
    - hongkong
    - china
    - india

    Is it advisable to do that? Is there lots of spammer in this country?
