friends, I am running a website for women. I want to add Forum to my site service package just like this forum. But you know it should be chicky, stylise and look should be of women interest. Can Anyone suggest some good script for that. I am shying away from developing it in house as that may cost big time as well as money. Script should be editable so that I can make any kind of changes. Any Good suggestion would be appreciated. Even Bad one Too Nutty
Well for a discussion board i'd have to either suggest MyBBoard (Nice themeing system on there) or phpBB.
I've had good experience with customizing the look and feel of phpBB. I'm not a serious coder and even so it was relatively easy.
Yup, phpBB, or vBulletin like DigitalPoint runs. Either are relatively easy to tweak/design themes for, and both have a good market of third party theme makers if you want to outsource design.
I've just installed phpbb and found it easy to use. Let us know how you get on. My new forum seems to be a bit stuck with not many users.
