It's quite good for being a single word, but the tense doesn't really make sense on its own so it's a little awkward sounding - discussing.org would be better. One way it could work is as a content/blog site where members or yourself use a subdomain like dave.discusses.org or something like that. I can't see another use for it myself and probably wouldn't buy it, unless I was thinking of doing something like I just mentioned. I reckon if you did the above you might be able to get a few hundred dollars for it, or thousands if it became successful, as it is it might be worth about $40, to me at least.
I don't the tense is a problem as long as it is a one word domain, and easy to remember. Premiumdomain also say it is a premium domain. I want at least $250 for this domain. It is a bargain as there is only few dictionary word to use for a domain name with .com .net and .org\\ a blog related can be built for this domain name
