Impossible, know one can guarentee that, otherwise company's with really competitive keywords would pay you millions for such a service, quality SEO is the only way to rank high guarenteed.

If you do a Google searc for 1on40 you will find that there website is No 2 on the 1st page:

    1on40 News

    February 14th 2008 – Valentines Day
Corporate News: The proprietary software company Submit Expresso Group who own and operate the search engine submission service 1on40 has been approached by Search Engine giants Ask.com as a buyout. Submit Expresso Group has turned down the offer of over 100 Million US Dollars for the company as its intention is to list the business on the London Stock Exchange in August 2008 which is not only more beneficial to its founders but also to its clients and affiliates alike. A buyout at this time is out of the question as the value of the company will be tenfold once the client base has grown to 10 million as projected by its stock flotation in August 2008.

With the end of Beta stage looming at the end of March 1on40 is expected to see first gross profit of over £30 Million GBP which will establish it the main SEO in the world. Having established itself in hard to break market using a free Beta version will have added to its overall value which will be paid out as dividends to its numerous loyal affiliates in August 2008 on flotation.

This is too good to be true, but there is nothing they can benefit besides being revealed as scams if it is not true, because they are offering something free, so whether or not scam, they would have to project some type of acceptable results no matter what, meaning they have to be profiting somehow for this not to be true, viral-ness isn't going to put money in their wallets alone, also check the whois of the site, pretty funny what you will see... the site URL is shown in the authors signature, and its all through the thread, cant believe idiots are asking for the link (^). We would just have to wait and see what happens. They have nothing to win because in BETA it is "free". Holy rainmakers do some research!

I don't know how it works but I've seen Dojo Hut do the same thing with my webpage in their demo. All this interest here just goes to show how desperate we all are for something that works.
