I am a bit disappointed about the hotlinking part. You do not posses the right to change the code of one's site without seeking their prior permission.

I would appreciate if in the future, you try to make least possible modifications to my site's code.

Hotlinking in a proxy site is 100% natural and is not something new. If you're selling proxy hosting, you should be aware of these facts rather than posting about them once your customers have bought your service.

I would like if you remove any such hotlinking prevention code from all my sites as I do not want my visitors to suffer. I have no disregard for hotlinking and if you shall not like it, you are welcome to provide me a full refund.

By the way, your server is down. Neither the Apache, Nor the FTP is working.

EDIT - Your abuse department has said that removing the hotlinking code is not allowed, Hence I would appreciate if you could provide me a full refund for both my accounts + 24 hours to back up my files.

If you have any dispute please go through the abuse / hhla department. They should discuss about your disputes, cause i m not from some dispute departments.

Its not again. Its a network outgage which mentioned before.

Cpanel is up, please use http://sapper.hagioteam.com:2082 to get into cpanel and take the backup.

One question: What did you think about the proxy hotlinking? I think you are misunderstanding something. Although you should discuss about these with the dispute department(s).

Well, I've changed my mind and I will let this hotlinking code stay on my sites, since you are offering a good performance hosting (atleast up until now).

I hope the server is back up as soon as possible.

 

The server wasn't down a second sir , as i said before, we are doing a network investigation to clean chinese adult forums' hotlinking issue. It is running under the whole VPN and thats why the network giving some outgages. But Cpanel is all time accessible. You can use the above link to access Cpanel Anytime. (SMTP, POP3, Mysql Accessible too)

I have sent a mail to our NOC admin to confirm me current status. I m expecting it to be done soon. I hope you can understand the thing, its totally for your proxy, doing a hotlinking abuse protection raise the speed of a web proxy.

Argh, very bad support by Hagio-Host. I used them once and I was horrified by their support. I wish they provided some instant support to customers.

But Technical Support department is always active and should answer your question within 2-5 hours after you have opened it. But definitely there are some non-frequent departments such as HHLA (Legal Ensurement & Dispute Dept.), Quality ensuring Dept. who are not active like support and may answer your question once a day or once in a week. Well the server and loading times are good.

But i don't like them messing with my files every day, disabling hotlinking and changing "max_file_size" without first notifying me.

Also last time my proxy was not working for almost a day because of a missing ' after they edited again my index.php . They don't have the right doing that

I was not told about that when i signed up and i don't like anyone messing with my files without giving me a notice first and with no reason.

It is explained we do not allow proxy hotlinking and it is protected based on our CGI Scanner. Still if you have question please email to , any support staff will help you i hope.

How can you do configuration in your server without information customers

 

I dont know what you are talking. Can you please contact with the support team with your problem? None of the user till far complaint about this. It is really better when you face any problem contact support (support@hagiohost.com)
