Its because we have a different Department named "Quality Analysis Department" and they bother with the requests regarding different issues like server speed and performance. Or you also can email support informing the speed performance and they will assign the ticket for Quality Analysis Department. Please also note, there are different support guys working for different departments. And thats why department assigning is important here

Server seems to be down . My site ( www.prx.in ) is not working at now.

Server wasn't down, Apache was slow a bit, its because we have done a hotlinking clearing on a server a bit ago and all the clients who have found using hotlinking using the proxy are mailed. It looks like to me your domain is also there, i think you should check your mail for more informations from the abuse department.

Although, server performance should be good again. You can check our siteuptime report , server wasn't down, it was a slow perform for abuse departments investigation process.
