Discontinued Email Address PayPal

    I have been using this email address as my Primary address in PayPal account. But now this email address has been discontinued. So now I have replaced it with a new email address, and still keep the old email address in the Profile.
    1. Should I delete this unusable email address?
    2. Should I change all my billing account to the newly-changed email address?

    make your new email as primary

    you can add upto 8 email addresses in paypal, so keep it, its not harming you.

    I would suggest you to remove it from Paypal. Can you tell me is your Paypal Account restricted?

    I have already make the new email address as primary. My question is about receiving payment thru' PayPal. Do I need to change the PayPal email address over at some of my online accounts?

    As I have read from PayPal forum, Primary address is the address PayPal use to contact me if there's a problem with my account. My concern is that my old email address has being discontinued by my telco. Now i cannot access this email account. So if there is any transaction via PayPal, I won't be able to receive any message.

    You will receive all your messages or emails or anything on your new email, since that's your new Primary email.

    Keep it there as I think it will make no effect but you should change the primary e-mail if you haven't done so yet.
