I had a curious question, we have a client that's using some illustrative marketing practices. Although the product is a great product by all means, but I'm not sure if what he's doing is completely legal. He does have a disclosure at the bottom of his page. The disclosure just states that everything on the page is to show a "illustrative point" and and etc. Would this be considered illegal? I think we are going to check with an attorney because we don't want to be working with someone if they are using unfair practices. This is quite hard to say if this is or not. From my understandings it's legal to do that as long as their is disclosures somewhere on the page?
