Disclosure neccessary? FTC LAW and stuff.

Do I really need to have a disclosure in my website? I heard that ftc requires me to say what relationship I have with the products I'm promoting. Do I really need a disclosure, I think my sales are going to go down, if I have that. But I don't want to get fined for thousands of dollars.

So do I really need one?

    Thanks for the reply.

If disclosing a relationship makes your sales go down, perhaps yours is just the kind of relationship that the FTC is trying to protect people from. Too many people pretended like their sales pitches were unbiased reviews, misleading purchasers into buying a product.

My sales review are unbiased. I feel like I'm the only honest affiliate marketer sometimes.
Having a disclosure just makes it look biased.
