Anybody know a good place where I can have disclaimer written? Cost is not an issue I just need a good one that covers everything. Thanks in advance.

You can use a freelance service like Elance or iFreelance.

You might be able to get someone here on digital point to help you out.

If cost is not an issue, hire an attorney to craft one for your site. That's the best way to ensure that your disclaimer complies with both federal and state law.

I would not get someone from Elance or iFreelance to write a disclaimer unless you can ensure that they actually have legal expertise.

Thank you. Ya, thats what I was thinking. I was just wondering if anybody knew of any specific attorneys that do this that have a reputation.
    Thanks, Rob

If it's not too difficult I'll help you. If it's something larger, I (and any good attorney) would only do it with a simple retainer agreement in place.
