Hello, I am developing an Eco Friendly Article Site and was wondering if there is a good Disclaimer Generator I might use to prevent and issues from arising due to people reading the articles that are posted to my site? I will be looking mostly for inspirational rather than factual articles, but still. Thanks, Donald
Look around at similar sites and write your own up. Better yet, hire a lawyer to write it for you. The purpose of a disclaimer is to protect yourself from legal action. What you write in there can hurt you as much as help you. Most generators of this info are not that good. Your best bet is to hire a lawyer.
I would agree that it is best to hire a lawyer, but I also realize that sometimes that is not feasible due to financial constraints. Feel free to take a look at my legal disclaimers for inspiration or cutting and pasting. My site is an informational site as well, so you might find some helpful clauses.
