I don't really see anything that has caught my attention. Who knows what the gods at Google has caught. It may have been a mistake though. Looks like your lacking membership and actual content. That would be my guess

I hope you get approved this time, but I doubt you will.

You have got negligible content on your forum. To be approved by adsense, you need to have lots of content if this is your only site. In most cases, you have got only 1 thread and 1 view.

I checked one of the thread. Here is the content on that thread:

Wordpress is one of the best CMS present in the web. It has a huge community too.

I doubt you would get approved with this type of content.Instead on focusing on getting adsense approval, it would be better if you concentrate on putting content on the forumInvite people, hire people to post; do whatever but get content. And even if Google does approve you, it is not going to help you at all. Without content, nobody is going to visit.

    No visit, no revenue.

You don't even have a site. Just a bunch of pretty much empty categories. The little content that is has, very little, is not very good.
You need a lot more content with longer posts and better grammar, spelling, English (if that's going to be the main language of the site)
The articles on the site fail a Copyscape check terribly.

You have nothing to offer adsense, you are just wasting their time, maybe they will give you a perm block this time.
There are sites that have been up for years, and making lots of money via adsense, you are hardly one of them....
Even if they approved you; You still would not earn anything, you need a reason for traffic to come to you...
If you are just going to focus on money, then it is all over, it can take a very long time for a forum to make it these days...

    well, good luck...

You should have known better yourself what you have copied from other's websites. Yours is a forum and probably your members are putting lots of content with copyright issue. As dscurlock said don't waste your time.

Its not a case of copying from other websites, its a case of not having content at all!

Most likely it's both... 20 post, just a few articles, and they are all copied. The OP did say that his message from Google said "Copyright Material".

No content is there in that website so getting approved by them is 0%.

You guys are right there are no contents in that site. But articles are not copied. I just made this forum to try Adsense but they said me that there is "Copyright Material". All the articles there are having PLR rights.
You are right that this site cannot get adsense right now but due to the reason "Not Enough Content" or something like that, not with the reason "Copyright Material"

What changes did you make before you re applied? Why not hire some forum posters or do a post exchange. There's a site called webboost that could give you some really helpful advice and free forum posts and free banner ads - depending on your participation. :) You could add a blog to your site and just write a little something each day, like a journal. ANYBODY can do this. Why not give it a try?

EDIT: You need to add introductions and general chat sections to your forum.

Yes they are copied. Do a copyscape and see for yourself.
Other than that, You should now know what to do to fix it.
    Good luck.

Why would you think that you could get approved for Adsense using PLR articles? Sounds like you have made horrible judgement here. I don't even understand why you are asking us if you know all this stuff already but did it anyway. You kinda did this to yourself. No offense but I think you should put this on hold (applying for Adsense) until you learn a lot more before you ruin any chance you have.
Ya but not to use on their sites. They spin them, and sell articles. Nobody knowingly uses PLR article on their site these days.

Do you have another domain name?

If I was google, I would be circumspect about anyone with a hack in their domain with a forum and almost no content...

Create a blog... add atleast 30 - 40 article... and then reapply .
