Well, I have been on DP from more than last 3 years September 2009 I joined this site and I have been an active member, you guys can trash the itrader/feedback scores and still ask me to get "established" on the site ( I had 69 which I earned after serving more than hundred members on DP), but it was a good parameter which allowed the other members to judge writers. I am a content writer and have been earning through the site. Now, I am not allowed to post in the marketplace because you people think I haven't contributed anything useful to the site but there were more than 71 guys who liked my work and gave me positive reps for the same that means nothing for the Mods now but what you want is LIKE by 3 privileged members of the site, so the Mods, please help me out with this and lemme know how can I contribute useful things to the site.
You're an established writer, and judging by your post a pretty good one too.(71 positive feedbacks) So.....why don't you take your knowledge and talent and go on to Copywriting forum? There you can post and help the new struggling writers that could benefit from your experience. Make some good helpful posts and before too long you will have your 2 likes that you need.
So all you need is 2 more likes to post in there...are you saying that's too hard for you to get? Give me strength....
I am not saying its hard or easy to get likes, am disappointed about losing the earned positive reps and despite of being on the site, not being allowed to access the features on the forums.
iTrader and rep are a bit different; the 71 you refer to is the iTrader. Perhaps if you posted some useful advice to people asking questions in the Copywriting section you'll get some likes (seem as though you're a good writer, it's a place worth starting, pass on knowledge and experience). Good luck!
Im only disappointed with the new pm system. IT is really inconvenient. Would be nice to have a button - "switch to old design", but thats my dreams. The filtering of Buy and Sale threads are awesome as well as preloading box of threads.
Once you get the hang of it, you'll like it better than the old one. A few tips/notes for newbies : How to find conversations that you received, and sent Important note: your conversations are deleted after 3 months (12 months if you're a premium member) You can hold an entire (short) conversation on one page (no need to click multiple links) Good luck!
Actually, I believe conversations are stored for 6 months for normal users now (up from 3 months before). Does it still say 6 months somewhere?
On the premium membership web page it says 3. Quote - "Storage of personal conversations for 12 months (normally they are stored for 3 months)"
