Hello i recently make paypal account and make it verified with my bank account, then i transferred my money to paypal, then when i tried to send money to my client it says that your account is limited because there were some unusual activity with credit card, even though i didnt touch credit card options, whatever after that i attached my credit card with paypal, limit didnt lifted, then i send 4 to 6 emails to support but they didnt response it is about 1 week, what is this my money is stuck in there and they dont care, my business is getting loss, i have to give my clients payment to work but my money is stuck is paypal is scam or what ??? once i get my money back i will never ever use paypal again......
It is a scam. Be careful of emails stating your account is limited if you have done nothing wrong with it. I had the same thing several days ago. Do not click on any link or attachment in the email. If in doubt contact PayPal directly. Support will give you a code to use when you phone them. Forward the mail to spoof(at)paypal(dot)com This gives them information to track the would be scam artist.
there is nothing like that, didnt got any email, just i can do nothing in my account, whenever i tried to transfer or send my money they said that your account is limited
Well contact them. Maybe the hackers already got into your system. All it takes is a phone call. I am now implementing PayPal API on some of my websites. Very cool features Paypal has for business members.
thats a good question, well my brother is in USA and i made my account from him, well i got a good new, i have submit my photo identity documents with address verification and they have unlock my account thanks to you all
it might have been due to using paypal account with IPs from different countries. it might have got limited access.
Paypal is prob. watching your IP location, they also look at names, address and location of where the account is being used at. If the account was created in the US and is now being used in a country that is different that what shows in paypal it will raise an alert. Paypal has gotten stricter over the years. Use a proxy with a US IP address if you need to use it. Good luck.
dont send email, try to contact them directly, you gotta wait for years if you wish to get feedback from their email
There are lots of Paypal horror stories stating to have permanent hold on there funds, just Google out and you would find a lot stories where people have lost 1000s of $s.
It's never a permanent hold. At the most they hold onto the money for 180 days. Which sucks, don't get me wrong. If your account is perm limited, the best thing to do is create a Phoenix account and rise again!
When you have an issue like this always call. Paypal will give you better service if you're on the phone to them. Paypal always responds to messages horribly slow so I find this to be the best way.
That's good. Just let them know that you are travelling and will use the account from pakistan and they won't limjt your account later
