I posted a thread in this section twice about privacy policy yet they seem to dissapear.
According to Nielson Group privacy statements do have a say in turnaround visitors/sales ratio..Which has plenty to do with marketing.
Now telling your customers that you provide them privacy is considered a part of PR (public relations). Public relations is a part of marketing.

So why has my thread been bumped off twice?

As far as I know, Shawn only deletes a thread if it is spammy...

    Maybe it was a mistake?

Well V Summer responded to one, but the other thread had someone post rescources. To bad they aren't biookmarked. Their was two sites that had a fill in the blank questionaire and at the end it would provide the text for a privacy policy as well as email you the html. It needed a little rewriting, but it included topics like cookies, if your server collects email addresses and domain names. If you run targeted ads.

I liked the two messages a lot. One was moved and vicious Summer helped me with. The one some other guy responded to was deleted.

I made a thread, it moved without notice. VS responded to it but it wasn't in the category I placed it so I thought that message was gone.
I just started another thread, someone else responded, and it vanished.
