Disallow "Unlimited" "Lifetime" type offers in Web hosting

To disallow threads which offer unlimited transfer/diskspace and lifetime offers.

Its impossible to offer these, end in heart-ache most of the time.

Why allow things which aren't true?

 

I think it should be banned to but I guess it's up to the admins, but it would save a lot of people getting stung allthough really it's their own fault for falling for these deals anyway, people should use common sense.

 

And as long as limitations are laid out in the terms of use of the host, there's no actual scam involved. It's not our place to fault people over their marketing (when even the biggest players in the industry offer the same), just because some people can't be bothered to research what they're signing up for.
