Disallow Referral Spam from Google Analytics

Hello folks

Did Referral spam sites can harm your adsense? I mean why people put some refferal links in filter section? Is that only because too see correct views in Google analytics or to protect Google adsense for example? What is the point of that?

 

If your website is receiving spam traffic of any kind then its definitely bad for Adsense.
