disallow indexing thumbnail image

    I want disallow indexing thumbnail image in google image, In my wordpress blog.

    Yeah! I have best way do do that, but it's on old,
    see:
    Disallow: /wp-content/uploads/*140x84.jpg$
    In robots.txt

    But now i have many sub-folders in wp-content/uploads

    So! what i do now?
