Disadvantages of Iphone 3g. - No video calls over the 3G network - The handset wobbles on hard even surfaces - There are a number of messaging downers - Camera has no auto focus, nor video recording… nor any settings at all - Safari browser doesn't support Flash and Java, doesn't have a download manager - Bluetooth support limited to headset use only (no A2DP or file transfers) - No office document editor - No copy/paste functionality - You cannot sync Notes and TO-DOs - No memory card slot (but knowing Apple there will never be one)
Remember this is a phone+ipod, not a computer. Also a few of these things like c&p, syncing notes, videorecording - Can all be done if you jailbrake it
lol, im not saying this is a computer most of these disadvantages are in nokia devices... what is the difference between any mp3 and ipod? i cannot see any difference. this iphone is considered 3g. so atleast video calls must be integrated. Camera.. has no video??? no auto focus?? Now just tell me why should i buy iphone? i was really going to buy it. but im not going to buy a device has lower features than the one im using
Hmm... that's some major disadvantages. No bluetooth for file transfer is the biggest IMO and absence of video recording is not acceptable.
To me, the biggest disadvantage is the cost. $75 per month. I think someone on Gizmodo did the math, and it came out to over $1800 over two years to actually call it yours. No thanks. I stick to me cheap little samsung. It holds my phone numbers, it takes video, it takes pictures, it plays mp3s. and it was free.
