This is about that ADD a friend script which you can set up between your email opt-in page and the Thank you page, where the subscriber gets the option to add 3 friends, then gets a gift. This is like a viral effect to get you Much more email op-tins rather than just 1. But is this really a wise thing to do? The reason I say this is because the other 3 friends that the subscriber will add, could just be their friends, but they might have NO interest whatsoever in your niche. Eg, if you have a 'internet marketing' niche (eg, internet marketing tips), then your subscriber might add 3 friends just for the sake of getting the free gift, but them 3 friends might NOT even be interested in internet marketing. This will lead to Many prospects on your email list being NON TARGETING, apart from that One who subscribed first. This will produce you a very huge list, but the majority of it would not be interested in your product/niche so could result in a wasted effort. Im just saying it could happen. No point promoting internet marketing goods to a list which isn’t targeted/ and wont be responsive, besides the minority of the list, who are actually interested? A small targeted list = Good A HUGE non targeted list = Not as good Do you see what I am saying? What are your thoughts on the matter? share your views.
A small targeted list = Good A HUGE non targeted list = Slightly better The first list has 100 targeted subscribers. The second list has 100 targeted subscribers AND 300 untargeted subscribers.
