disabling VB code until after x posts

    Hi

    I want to disable the use of VB code on my forum for new users. Say until they have posted 10 or 15 posts to cut down on spam links myself or my mods don't catch.

    Is there a way to do this? As far as I can see VB code is either on or off for the whole forum

    All help appreciated
