disabling user registration on wordpress

Help, I just noticed on my wordpress blog that people can register and edit the blog. How do I turn of this feature please help.

 

If you have a free domain from wordpress, No one can register without an invitation. Or if they keep register, just remove them. Because you're an administrator

But If you have you're own domain and your own wordpress blog, is simple. Go to Settings -> General ( the first screen) and there search for membership. And if "Anyone can register" if checked, uncheck it and save. It's simple.

well, meta boxes i don't think you can remove it. But your blogroll it's is easy. You have there the function. Just search for it.
