Disabling all WordPress RSS feeds?

    I want to kill all the RSS feeds on one of my WP sites. Is it as simple as removing the RSS meta info in the <head> section, and renaming/deleting wp-atom.php, wp-rss.php, and wp-rss2.php ?

    I'm sick of other sites pulling my feed and outranking me! :( :eek: :mad:

    My suggestion is that you install feedburner feedsmith plugin and then redirect your rss to a page which informat that your blog does not provide rss.

    Go to settings>>reading and u will see this:

    Syndication feeds show the most recent

    so try to put 0 there and save changes hope it will work. cheers.
